I hope that this letter finds you well. I am writing this letter to thank you for your warm welcome and great hospitality accorded to me and my delegation during our recent visit to your beautiful country.

I would also like to appreciate your interesting discussion with me which I have found very enlightening. I really hope we could talk about more topics in the future when you are available. Besides, you have been really helpful in dealing with the arrangement of meeting rooms and other details. Without your help, I don't think i could finish my work perfectly.
